Ital Unica, sailing under an Italian flag, sits at anchor while waiting dock time at the Port of Tacoma. Build in 2001, Ital Unica is 285 m in length and operates with the call sign IBSM. This anchorage, in the Puget Sound waters west of Seattle, is often used when ships have to wait for space and time at one of the regional ports. Residents living on the Kitsap Peninsula just off these waters look forward to the ships moving along as the constant hum of their engines carries readily across the water.
Faithe specializes in landscapes, seascapes, weathered structures, lighthouses, some macro floral photography, objects as art and abstracts from nature. She primarily shoots during the beginning and ending of daylight hours, seeks the off-beaten path, loves to catch reflections in quiet waters, and is delighted when her in-the-camera images satisfy her critical eye with only limited post-production touch-ups. Creating specialty note cards for clients is satisfying work, as well. With all rights reserved, U.S. and International Copyright Laws protect all photographic images on this website.
