Artist's Description
Ocean Scorpio Cargo Ship at anchor in Elliott Bay with the Seattle skyline as a backdrop. Bearing the Hong Kong flag, the ship awaits service at the Port of Seattle in Washington State USA. The setting of the sun on this late December day reflected off the windows of the skyscrapers in downtown Seattle and lit up the waters of Elliott Bay. The photographer's position was near Harbor Island on the east end of Alki in West Seattle.
