Home of the 1962 World's Fair, two landmarks of last century continue to dominate the skyline of Seattle in Washington State. In late December, the Space Needle provides additional brilliance with lights in the shape of a Christmas tree crowning the top. Off to the side, are the lighted arches of the Pacific Science Center. A treasure from last century's worlds's fair that continues to offer exceptional displays and interactive science programs from families of all ages. The quiet waters of Elliott Bay reflect the shore-side lights of apartment dwellers, office towers, and businesses on the Puget Sound waterfront that is just a small section of the attractive and charming city of Seattle.
